Joining The Master's Chorale is a very simple process. It all begins with you. Many have thought of joining TMC but don't take the steps necessary to become involved. Others, think they are not good enough musicians or are intimidated by the thought of an audition and miss out on being involved with a great group. Rest assured you won't have to sing a solo or be singled out. In contrast, others think too much of themselves and stumble... missing a great opportunity! So, who gets involved with TMC? 1. Can you sing on pitch? Rather a basic question, but one that needs to be asked. We are not a church choir where making a joyful noise is just that - noise. TMC is a performing group and as such, we need quality voices.
2. Do you have a clear voice? Clear means your voice blends well with other voices. You can control sliding, vibrato, shrillness and breathiness.
3. Are you willing? Willing to invest a few hours a week and reap the rewards of Ministry and wonderful life experiences?
